RECOMMENDED ACTION

City Council receive report from Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District and provide direction to Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District Board Members.

Please see attached letter from the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District.

Other direction as determined by the City Council.

FISCAL IMPACT

The financial liability to the City is unknown at this time.
